Indian Head Massage

Wonderfully relaxing, Indian head massage is based on the ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. It involves a massage to the head, face, upper back, shoulders, arms and hands that relieves tension in the muscles; it can be relaxing, stimulating and invigorating. The massage covers important energy areas in the body, if you are feeling stressed or angry, tensions tends to accumulate.     What Happens During Your Indian Head Massage Treatment?

    On your first visit for Indian Head Massage a consultation will be carried out to check out any medical need, and health check to eliminate and contraindicated conditions. The treatment is non-invasive, you do not need to remove any clothing and it will be carried out seated.

    Consultations can take approximately 1 hour for the initial visit, follow-up visits & treatments take ½ an hour to 1 hour, these are at weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly intervals depending on need. Treatments are gentle and tailored to each patient.
